Summer Baseline Testing for PT Athletes
The Peters Township School District requires all student-athletes to complete a concussion baseline test before trying out or practicing with a team. These tests are offered by our athletic training staff to student-athletes entering Grades 7, 9, and 11, and to athletes who did not complete a baseline test during the previous year. Baseline tests are good for two years before they must be renewed.
Beginning May 26, 2021, the Peters Township athletic training staff will again offer baseline tests throughout the summer. To schedule an appointment, click the link below (you will be redirected to YouCanBookMe.com). All tests will be conducted in the high school athletic training room. All middle school and high school varsity sport athletes needing baseline tests are encouraged to complete their tests during the summer, regardless of sport season. Due to the limited availability, club sports and other organizations will not be tested during this time. Tests will not be administered during the school year.
*** Prior to your appointment, you will receive an email with a Google Form. The questionnaire must be completed BEFORE arriving for your appointment. Please enter the new high school via the main entrance. All people in attendance must wear a mask and maintain social distancing.
If you have any questions, please call (724) 941-6250 x 8804. Voicemail in the training room is available 24/7.
